Lisboa & Paris share the points after Robert Roux's late goal

In a shocking twist, Nomades de Paris have picked up their first points of the season by securing a late draw with Lisboa in Match Day 7. Incredibly, Roux's 82nd minute goal doubled the goal tally for the Parisians this season.

Lisboa came into this game on some wobbly form following the departure of club captain Mathew Lennon, but this would have been a game that new captain Kalle Knull would have marked down as an easy win.

After kick-off, the game looked like it would follow the regular script, with Knull breaking through the Paris backline, and coolly slotting away his 6th goal of the season. Following the goal, the game would become a back and forth affair, with no team able to seize any real advantage despite their best efforts.

After some minimal half-time tweaks by Knull, Lisboa had a golden opportunity to double their lead in the 60th minute, with Knull pulling his shot wide of the post. Then in the 82nd minute, Paris got loose down the right flank, with an atypical cross finding Robert Roux who slotted a lucky shot through the legs of the defender, and off the arms of BBB into the net.

In the end, it's an unfortunate result for Lisboa, who have to be feeling like their season is slipping away from them.
