Lisboa clinched a tight 1 – 0 victory over the Serbians as they look to climb the table. Despite both sets of fans not expecting any form of excitement going into this fixture, they somehow still felt disappointed after a horrible first-half display from both teams. With nothing of significant happening in the first-half, it came to a close with the scoreline remaining as it was. Following some rather extreme changes from Lisboa, it was they who would provide the first goal. In the 61st minute, Weizenbaun delivered a floated cross towards Cody Rodrygo, who in turn headed it down for Yilmaz. With four bodies right in front of him, he shot and hoped for the best. With Allah on his side, the shot took a deflection and ended up in the net. Lisboa would see the game out, defending well and keeping Belgrade outside their penalty area for most of the remaining 30 minutes. This victory sees Lisboa jump Milano and Istanbul in the table, as well as creating a sizeable gap in the relegation battle. Belgrade, however, fall down to 16th, as their situation gets worse match day by match day.
