London has become synonymous with early goals, and this was no exception. As early as the 8th minute, Tomar Junior and Ray Peest combined, before the latter unleashed a shot as strong as the stench of his home country. In the 39th minute, Amine Amzal and Tomar Junior would combine for a carbon copy of the opener. This time, Tomar was the one to go for glory with a hopeful shot from outside the box. Going into the second half, Belgrade made some needed changes following the London dominated half. The changes proved to be effective, as Belgrade kept London at bay for 20 minutes, until they themselves decided to strike. Following a cross from the left channel, Myth Bobo appeared out of nowhere with a great leap to head home their first of the match. However, it was not to be for the Serbians. In the 78th minute of play, Tomar Junior recovered a loose ball in the opposition box, laying it off to Ray Peest who passed it to Amine Amzal. With his back to goal, he used his deft turns to find space and score London's third and final goal of the game. London keeps pace with the title favourites, as Belgrade struggles to find points and looks set for a season long relegation battle.
