Match Report Roma vs London
By: Conner Munist
The relegation battlers were not pleased to be playing against the team that is London. They went more attacking as they wanted a win badly after last weeks draw against Berlin. London, however, are in great form and would prove a tough opponent.
Roma dominated possession the first 20 minutes, but couldn’t create any big chances. Not long after London punish them, Peest with the outside of the foot finds Amzal edge of the box, the Moroccan fires it into the bottom right corner, showing the difference in quality. Roma couldn’t create anything but in the 41st minute, Tomar gifts the ball to Roma and Moise Bean finds himself through on goal before he fires it into row Z. Just before the Halftime whistle, Tomar is through on goal but misses the chance with the rebound landing into Amine Amzal’s feet who scores his brace.
A deflated Roma started badly in the 2nd half and London were pushing for a humiliation. Amine nearly got his hattrick with his header saved near post. Nothing of note happened for the rest of the game, a walk in the park for London, whereas Roma are still risking going down.
