MD 17: VIENNA KONTINENTAL 5–0 NOMADES DE PARIS
Top against bottom, Vienna continue steam rolling the league.

Vienna, who had just witnessed Zagreb drop points unexpectedly, were keen to pounce and further the gap from 2nd place.
The game started at a fast pace but against the rhythm of play, on the counter, Moritz Hoffmann put Vienna upfront. Max Jaxon sent Hoffmann through on goal, who slips dramatically, but still managed to put it past the keeper.
Twenty minutes later, after continuous pressure, Paris defender, Russel Kerk, decides to pass the ball to Vienna. Levasseur, who chipped the ball to Max Jaxon to score 2-0 on the half volley. The crowd couldn’t quite believe the enthralling scenes, and still the best was yet to come! Just five minutes later, Jaxon manages to stroll from the half way line to the Paris box unchallenged before scoring Vienna's third. A moment that made us realise why it's called “the beautiful game.”
The first half ended 3-0 with Paris managing just 0 shots despite having more possession.
In the second half, finally Paris took a shot, however it didn’t hit the target. For the next 30 minutes it was all Paris possession as expected without any end product. The most noticeable chance was Jack Hoffland in front of goal alone, who kindly passes it to the corner flag instead of scoring.
Mungo decides to take an incredible risk and put himself upfront. However, that didn’t stop Vienna from scoring a 4th. In the 80th minute, we see a unique goal, Hoffmann sending Jaxon through as he is all alone yet again without pressure and incredibly scores to make it 4-0. Scenes!
Just two minutes later, no one could quite believe their eyes. Jaxon sent through on goal yet again! Alone in front of goal, unchallenged, he would manage to score to make it 5.
The nail-biting tie finally came to a close.
Vienna managed to extend their lead, no one believed they would be five points clear at this stage of the season. Mungo keeps proving the doubters wrong with his managerial excellence and thankfully, player Diego Fantastico is rumoured to go to Vienna, which really excites the FSL community because that’s exactly what the league needs! Everybody is tuned in and can't wait to see how this title race ends. Paris, however, are in real trouble in the relegation zone and require someone to guide them to safety like last season.
