MD 18: BRUSSELS KV 3-1 MILANO CALCIO

Written by: Domenico Jordano (Nightingale Press)

The War of Waffles and Pizza, also known as Vukovic-Vokovic derby, has approached FSL, with Brussels was trying to recover their place in the Top 5, and Milan running away from repeating the fate of their Italian compatriots Roma.

After numerous knocks on the door, Brussels finally entered into Riku Nohomo's space when Augusto Rodriguez kicked the scoreline open! Seeing that it's crucial for his team to start scoring the goals, Milan's captain did a real José Mourinho move and parked the bus. With no threat coming from the opponent, Anto Vukovic entertained the public by doing a “hit the woodwork corner” challenge in the 20th minute. 12 minutes after he did another game, the “Destroy Milan's hope for a win by scoring a goal and doubling a lead” challenge, which also turned out successful!

The first half ended with a 2-0 advantage for Brussels. For the remainder of the match, Milan's coach unparked the bus and turned it into a 4-3-3 racecar, while the home team stayed with their weird unsymmetrical 3-1-1-1-2-1-1 formation.

The second half treated us to cool attacking moments ruined by bad passes, from both sides. 10 minutes before the final whistle, Raiden Vokovic (not to be confused with Anto Vukovic) almost made the public believe Milan was back in the game. Zoro Tsukuyomi's amazing pressing and passing allowed his teammate and captain to score a goal.

The game was meant to be finished by the home team's most *dreading* attacker, Gabi Marusa, but he missed his shot right in front of the goal. Frustrated with his miss, the Latvian ran into a last-minute counterattack and put the last nail into the guests' coffin!

The mid-table fight turned out to be as entertaining as expected. The 3-1 victory of Yellow-Blues was no surprise for an attentive fan, but we could enjoy V-kovics masterclass, Augusto's *bald* moves and even a Gab Dab.
