Mancini Goal Secures Madrid Win On Boyo Debut

By Hingle McCrinkleberry

Game 4 of Match Day 6 between Berlin and Madrid provided a cry-fest for FSL fans around Europe. A dismal game with as many substitutions as shots resulted in a 1-0 win for Madrid, after a 9th minute goal from striker Pepe Mancini.

Madrid started fast, with new signing and captain Billy Boyo providing the engine in midfield. Mancini was able to latch onto an Aguero pass, before outmuscling the Berlin defense and hitting a sweet strike past Rimjob Remmington. Aguero should feel cheated to have missed out on an assist here.

Ultimately, the rest of this game played out as a stalemate, with wasteful possession and poor attacking making even average defending look important.

This game seems deemed to go down as one of the more forgetful in FSL History, with only 1 player bettering a 7.0 match rating. Boyo and Lawton have a lot to think about before Match Day 7 should they wish to begin to rescue their seasons.
