LB KERBEROS 1 - 0 FC AMSTERDAM: REVIEW
By: Saad Maan, Forta Evening News

Jack David, one of the most experienced captains in the league, fails yet again

Kerberos, who've had quite a resurgence following the controversies regarding their player registration issues, faced off against Amsterdam, a team labeled as destructive by many.

Prior to the match, captain Jack David was seen scrambling online forums to find a winning formula against Kerberos. Somewhat ironic considering who the other captain is. Jack David stated that he needed to either out-attack Kerberos or defend for their lives - Amsterdam opted for the latter.

All was well for Amsterdam until disaster struck in the 59th minute. An aimless cross was sent in from the left channel, seemingly going nowhere near the goal. However, Arlo Jones, the Amsterdam defender, decided he just had to get a touch on it - and so he did. Vert, clueless as ever, watched the ball sail past him into the back of the net.

Despite Amsterdam's best efforts, they were unable to recover from the own goal, meaning the game finished 1 - 0 in the favor of Kerberos. Kerberos' win means they pull away from Amsterdam in the table, climbing all the way up to 5th place.
