MD 20: LONDON 3 - 2 LISBOA: REVIEW
Two teams with nothing left to play for except pride, what many expected to be a dull affair turned out to be anything but.

In a goal fest, it was London who'd claim all three points as they edge closer to Zagreb, who are hanging onto that second position for dear life.
In the 18th minute of play, English centre-back Greg Gregg, with a dangerous tackle, fouled the Olympic medallist Tomar Junior. With a free-kick in dangerous territory, it was none other than Amine Amzal, the London captain, himself that stepped up. As per usual, the lethal forward delivered a poisonous strike into the top right corner, leaving the stands speechless.
Lisboa, not known for backing down, went "total psycho". Sending everyone forward but three players. This daring move would pay off in the 39th minute as Ruben Martinez sent in a beautiful volleyed pass into the space in front of Marcus Wood. Imaging that he was running across the fields back home, the London defenders were unable to catch him. One-on-one with the keeper, he made no mistake. 1-1.
The fun didn't stop there. In the 61st minute, Tomar Junior would score his first of the night as Amine Amzal cuts it back. London would extend their lead in the 81st minute. This time with the roles being swapped from the previous goal, Amzal the scorer, Tomar the provider.
Lisboa would get one back in the 85th minute following a scrappy sequence of play, Yilmaz being the scorer. Despite Lisboa's best efforts, they fell short once more tonight as they lost their fourth game in a row.
