Kerberos edges second half goal fest in Paris to secure 4th place!

After losing back to back games vs Paris and Berlin earlier this match week, Madrid have lost their chance to seal top 4 in the league. While Kerberos, being one of the title contenders, are expected to win this matchup vs the last place team Paris, as the Greeks are all set to close the gap between third place London.

Kerberos opens the scoring in the 14th minute as Jethro finds Bai Chao making an in-behind run between the Paris CBs. The former Amsterdam striker easily scores 1v1 against Klock on a quick counter-attack.

After some half-time adjustments and subbing on Pepe Mancini, Paris replied with an equaliser during the 66th minute. Midas Hepatitis saves the shot from Tyler Hunt, but the ball falls down in the path of Karl Lehmann, who scores the tap-in to make it 1-1.

Very soon during the 68th minute, Kerberos scored a similar goal like in the first half. This time, Jethro sends a through ball from his head to Bai Chao, who once again scores 1v1 against the keeper to make it 1-2. Paris scored another equaliser in the 75th minute, it was a simple turn and shoot by Semmi from 15 yards inside the box to make it 2-2.

Shortly after, in the 78th minute, Johnny Johnes after a counter-attack sends a beautiful cross from the right flank inside the box, and then Bas Kurt makes it 2-3 with a heading goal into the open net, as he was standing unmarked near the far post.

Late in the game, during the 90th minute, Jethro makes a run behind the Paris defence, as their back line gets exposed by a fantastic through ball from Danny. The Kerberos captain scores a banger in the top left corner and the game ends 2-4.
