Matchday 10: Brussels smash two in shock win against top of the league Zagreb with ANOTHER last minute winner!

Brussels stun Zagreb with another last minute winner to complete a shocking comeback

Written by Crie Moore, Forta Evening News.

Tension rises for Brussels as they face top of the league Zagreb NK. The Belgian side have had a good run of form as of late, and with Zagreb upcoming, this could test them and see how their form could change.

The two teams walked out of the tunnel, and on to the pitch, where an exciting game of football was going to be played.

The game kicked off, but no chances would come from the two sides, despite their attacking mentalities.

The Half time whistle blew after a boring first half, and the second half was kicked off and underway.

In the 59th minute, Jamal Kane recieved the ball, who passed it to Marcus Neagu, who passed it through the Brussels defence and gave it to Jethro, who calmly slotted it home to claim his 9th goal of the season.

Brussels weren’t going to be let down easy though, as in the 71st minute, Emir Šehbajraktarević passed it through to Brussels Captain Saifeddine Tijani, who ran through and smashed it home to get Brussels back on point with Zagreb.

And, in the 90th minute, after a scuffle near the goal, it falls to Tijani again who smashed it home to get ANOTHER last minute goal for Brussels, and to give the Belgians the important win they needed.
