NEW CLUBS JOINING FSL FOR SEASON 2

As FSL Season 1 comes to what will hopefully be a dramatic end, the league has already announced that four (4) new clubs will be joining the league for next season. We now know the identities of the clubs.

The first club is called Léschi Podosfaírou Kerberos or, LP Kerberos. Based in Athens, Greece, the club bosts deep historic ties to Greek mythology most notably to Hades, Cerberus, and the Underworld. In the past, the club has played with three in defense like the three heads of Cerberus. We’ll have to wait and see if that continues now that they have joined FSL.

Next up is Associação Desportiva Lisboa, AD Lisboa for short. The Lisbon, Portugal based club looks to make a hot start in FSL and hopes to better their Iberrian rivals, Deportivo Madrid. The club traditionally wears Black and Red horizontal stripes on their home kit.

Heading north from Lisbon to Belgium to reveal the next club, Brussels Klub Voetbal. This club is unique in that it stems, wink wink, from a love of the Iris pseudacorus (yellow iris) which is a flower native to the area. BKV hopes to be more than just London’s new bogey team in Season 2.

The final club to be added is Nomades de Paris. The club is based in it’s namesake; Paris, France. The team colors are Burgundy & Gold and they do not feature the Eiffel Tower in their branding, but rather the Arc de Triomphe. One could wonder if the Nomads will will be unable to stay at this level for long based on their name alone.

No word yet on the rumored Norden FK Re-rebrand, but one can only hope it’s better than their latest attempt.
